OUR HSE is a Black Creative community on a mission to cultivate black economic empowerment through creative entrepreneurship. We need to own businesses and also to foster relationships with one another to create brighter futures for now and future generations. Our primary values are creativity, collaboration, respect, togetherness, mentorship and massive action

This page guides how we conduct ourselves as Our Hse members in our Whatsapp community. The Our Hse WhatsApp group is a safe space for people to grow, learn, and come together to be seen, heard, and celebrated.

We respect each other’s views and backgrounds; the group has no space for hate, -isms, or -phobias. This behavior is strictly unacceptable, and anyone shown to behave this way will be swiftly removed from the community.

We do not share screenshots, audio, or any other type of sensitive information from the group chats or member’s personal details (especially names and phone numbers) outside of Our Hse.

We are a dynamic group of curious, creative people who believe in the Golden Rule. We also believe in Each One Teach One, with strictly no gatekeeping. Everyone should and needs to prosper.

Please contribute and share from your worlds where possible so we can all evolve together. 

The community is STRICKLY not for:

• Harassment of any kind

• Sharing negative energy, negative news stories to cause harm

• Mental abuse in any form

• Inappropriately calling/DMing members

• Any form of spam

• Pursuing contacts or relationships outside of a professional context
  

Members who are found to breach any of the above rules will be contacted by a member of the Our Hse team and may be removed from the Whatsapp community.

We recognise that members will meet other creative people through our platform and converse outside our Whatsapp community.

Our Hse cannot be responsible for conversations outside of our WhatsApp community. So, we advised members to do due diligence when connecting with people. Use common sense and be safe.
